Do I need Holiday Cancellation Insurance in case I need to cancel?  We consider adequate travel insurance to be essential.  It is a condition of your contract with us that you should have holiday cancellation insurance in place at the time of booking. Please read our full cancellation policy on our terms page.  Any cancellations must be taken up with your insurance provider and we should be notified as soon as possible.  Guests travelling from overseas must also have appropriate holiday cancellation insurance in place.

How can we make payment? Payments can be made by UK Bank Transfer, cheques made payable to 'Bracken Lodges' or from most credit/debit cards over the telephone. Alternatively, we can send you an e-mail link for you to make payment via our secure server Worldpay. (We are unable to process a payment from an American Express Card).

What time is arrival/departure?  Arrival time is from 4.00pm. At the reception, we now have a key collection area.  There is  a map showing where your lodge is located, along with the key hanging up outside for your lodge.
